We recognize the destruction and disruption these wildfires have caused and understand that these circumstances have brought about significant challenges. We want you to know that we are here to support our Maui customers. We understand that priorities might have shifted and are offering support to our Maui customers affected by the wildfires.
Support Available:
- Call Forwarding – We will be extending free call forwarding services to our home phone and business phone customers that will allow you to forward your landline service to another telephone number of your choice. Click here to request this service.
- Bill Pause - If your residence/business was in the fire destruction zones in Lāhainā and Kula, your Hawaiian Telcom bill will automatically be paused and you do not need to contact us to request this. If your residence/business was outside of the fire destruction zones and was impacted by the fire, Click here to request a bill pause.
- Move or Disconnect Services – If you need to move your services to a different location or disconnect your phone or internet services, please call us at (808) 643-MAUI (6284).
