At the start of the pandemic, businesses abruptly transitioned to a work-from-home model that challenged network access, capacity, and security. While these businesses adapted out of necessity, they have discovered efficiencies and benefits in this new way of working and many plan to continue operating in a full or hybrid remote work environment.
