The Smoking Boar and the Coconut
Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and make your way to The Smoking Boar and the Coconut in Waialua. This family owned and operated restaurant serves local style plates for everyone in your 'ohana.
One of their popular dishes is the Mixed Plate, which loads on pork, chicken, and kalbi with rice and mac salad. For those that enjoy lighter bites, check out their Mix Green salad or Fried Mahi Mahi. These plates are sure to fuel your North Shore beach days.

Aloha Beer Company
Looking for a lunchtime, pau hana, or weekend gathering space? Head over to Aloha Beer Company for locally brewed beer and tasty eats. Their beers are crafted by their Bavarian-style trained Brewmaster. Taste it for yourself with one of their popular flavors like Froot Lupes or check out their “Brewmaster’s Beer” every first Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, go upstairs at the Kaka'ako location to The HI Brau room for an elevated speakeasy experience.

Storybook Entertainment Hawaii is the place where your keiki's imaginations can come true! Visit one of their three locations for a magical makeover or have Storybook Hawaii come to your next event. Entertain the kids with various characters, keiki activities, photobooths, and more.
For a limited time, drop by their Pearlridge Mall pop-up this summer and be wowed by their fantastic undersea set-up! You can also visit their permanent location in Windward Mall or at their Tails and Scales Mermaid Makeover Bar at Sea Life Park.

Sweeten up your life with cupcakes, macarons, stuffed cookies and more at Cupcakes, BOOM! This charming Hilo-based shop is the perfect place to stop by for dessert or "just because". If you're not on Hawai'i Island, they offer nationwide shipping as well.
Owner, Nikki Savella, is a proud Native Hawaiian mother and small business owner. This year, Nikki and her team are taking on the challenge of making 30,000 macarons and 6,000 stuffed cookies in two months for the Made in Hawaii Festival!
