Hawaiian Telcom Supports Creativity and Community at Bishop Museum

By Kennadee H on Mar 25, 2026 8:05:00 AM

Hawaiian Telcom is proud to partner with the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum to support Aloha Bricks ’26: Stories of Hawaii, a new exhibit that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and Hawaii’s unique culture through large-scale Lego creations.

The exhibit features detailed Lego models inspired by Hawaii’s landscapes, culture, and communities. One of the highlights is the Middle School Mosaic Gallery, where students from across the islands worked together to create large mosaic displays representing their schools. More than 50 middle schools participated, giving students a hands-on opportunity to collaborate and see their work showcased in the exhibit.

As part of our sponsorship, Hawaiian Telcom contributed a special installation, a custom Hawaiian Telcom service truck mosaic built entirely from Lego by our very own employees! You can watch the video here.

The piece highlights the work our teams do every day to keep Hawaii connected and represents the innovation and dedication that drives our company. In addition to supporting the exhibit, Hawaiian Telcom is sponsoring the brand activation during the museum’s Museum After Hours events. These monthly evenings invite the community to experience the museum with special programming, exhibits, food vendors, and activities.

The next event will take place April 10. If you’re planning a visit to Bishop Museum, be sure to check out the exhibit and tag @hawaiiantelcom on social!
